RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Trick Room Cardgame & Cafe, we take great care in accurately grading and packaging all products. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Singles (Individual Cards) All singles are graded according to standard TCG condition guidelines (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played). We do not accept returns on singles unless the item received significantly differs from the condition described. If you believe there is an error, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos.

Sealed Products Sealed products (booster boxes, ETBs, packs) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. We do not accept returns on opened sealed products.

Accessories Accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return Email us at trickroomcardgame@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review and respond within 2 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
